Position Overview

We seek a talented Project Manager to oversee our Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources practice in the New England area. The role involves providing technical leadership on utility design projects, including treatment plants, pump/booster stations, and water distribution systems. Candidates should meet all criteria of a Sr. Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Management: Supervise technical staff, assist in training and development, review technical work, and ensure project compliance and accuracy. Present project details to clients and at public meetings.
• Project Management: Initiate projects with proposals and budgets, manage project execution, coordinate with team members and clients, prepare reports, and identify new business opportunities.
• Business & Fiscal Management: Track project costs, control expenses, and maximize profitability through effective budgeting and resource management.
• Marketing & Business Development: Promote company capabilities, develop marketing materials, build client relationships, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Administrative Duties: Manage and support project staff, coordinate workloads, and perform staff evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years.
• Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent in relevant states, with ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Effective communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
