We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater facilities projects in southeastern Pennsylvania. This role involves client development, project management, and project delivery responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing project teams and leading water/wastewater projects as a project manager. Responsibilities include managing projects and tasks, conducting complex process engineering for projects and proposals, data collection and presentation, leading design calculations and technical reports, and preparing engineering plans and specifications for water and wastewater treatment facilities or systems. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. The position involves working closely with the local team to grow our Water Business Group in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will:

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects and large, complex multi-disciplinary projects
• Coordinate work of engineers and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
• Engage with regulatory agencies during reviews
• Conduct design development work sessions and prepare contract documents
• Manage workload and ensure timely completion of project documents
• Monitor financial aspects and adjust work efforts to stay within schedule
• Collaborate with project and financial managers for reviews
• Perform technical analyses and prepare reports
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to water/wastewater engineers
• Perform additional duties as required
