Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Your projects involve pump station design, inflow and infiltration studies, hydraulic modeling, collection system assessment and design, water distribution and storage, with opportunities to engage on treatment projects. Responsibilities

• Management of water and wastewater design projects.
• Pump station design and rehabilitation, collection system condition assessment and design, inflow and infiltration studies, collection system rehabilitation, hydraulic modeling, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure efficient and cost‑effective execution of assigned projects.
• Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
• Work with design team across multiple offices and disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring client deadlines and project budgets are met.
• Participate in business development activities including collaboration with marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• NJ Professional Engineering license.
• 10-15 years of related experience.
• Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in NY and NJ, including pump stations, tanks, and pipelines.
• Track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
• Water/Wastewater treatment experience is a plus.
• Driving required; clean driving record required.

• Parsippany, NJ: $114,975-$147,825
• Bloomfield, NJ: $114,975-$147,825
