• Preparing and reviewing proposals, scopes of work, and client deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards.
• Contributing to business development and building client partnerships.

What You Bring

• Active PA PE license (required).
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering and project delivery experience.
• Strong background in treatment processes, distribution/conveyance systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success managing project teams and budgets.
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
