CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Water Wastewater Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead and deliver meaningful infrastructure projects that improve public health and resilience.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations while applying technical expertise across design through construction. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, 4+ years of discipline experience (including 2+ years in PM) and proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD/MicroStation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience, including 2 years of project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation) and MS Office.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and engineering laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manage water/wastewater projects from development through completion with cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings.
• Develop project-specific health and safety plans and QA/QC compliance.
• Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams.
