Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.

• 5–15 years of experience in public works.
• Proven track record leading design/construction of water/wastewater and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership from concept through construction close-out.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
• Washington or Idaho PE license required (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
• 5-15 years experience in public works
• Proven record of leading the design and construction of water, wastewater, water‑resources, and related infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated technical leadership and team guidance skills
• Familiarity with land‑use codes and submittal processes highly beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

$110,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)
