Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited university
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California
• 10+ years of related water and wastewater experience
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal instruction
• Able to work efficiently within a predetermined project budget and schedule

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage projects within Ardurra's West Practice.
• Support business development, proposal development, and project management.
• Oversee personnel and resources to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop engineers and support staff.
