Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in Arizona. You will oversee an engineering team, produce construction documents, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering, 8+ years of PM experience, and AZ PE or eligibility. This role offers flexible office options in AZ with potential for remote work within the state.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including project management.
• AZ P.E. registration or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong hydraulic principles and technical design skills.
• Experience in water/wastewater facilities planning and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to start-up.
• Oversee production of construction documents for water facilities and pump stations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and plan quality control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients.
• Provide startup, commissioning support and RFIs.
