Job summary

Kleinfelder's New England Water Team seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Professional to grow our water resources work in New England. You will collaborate with our water and/or wastewater teams to deliver technical solutions across diverse projects in a team-based, hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, design guidance, and strong communication skills, with engagement across clients and regulatory bodies. Offices in multiple New England locations support flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical expertise and ability to lead projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to water and/or wastewater projects by providing technical guidance, design and solutions.
• Participate in technical, cost and scheduling efforts with quality standards and risk management.
• Direct and coordinate water/wastewater activities including complex, multi-disciplinary work.
• Coordinate with regulatory and funding agencies.
• Participate in scope development, proposals and client presentations.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting and objective setting.
• Collaborate with clients, staff engineers, designers and subconsultants.
