Job summary

You will assist with submittals, RFIs, purchasing materials, and coordinating from start to finish, including estimating and closeout. The role targets early-career professionals seeking growth in project management within a leading firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Willing to travel and work the hours required to ensure project success.
• Entry-level project management experience with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and purchase materials, maintain documents, and act as a point of contact with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Create Submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish, assist with estimating, project setup & closeout, support field operations, and maintain detailed job costs.
• Work with owners and engineers; assist in scheduling projects and crews.
