Job summary

Garney is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support the project management team, coordinating materials and documentation while serving as a point of contact with owners, architects and engineers. You will create submittals and RFIs, coordinate projects from start to finish, assist with estimating, and support field operations.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management degree and is willing to travel to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work required hours to ensure project success.
• Entry-level project management exposure with industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management with negotiating and purchasing materials.
• Maintain project documents and act as contact with owners, architects, engineers.
• Create Submittals and RFIs; coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Assist with estimating, project setup and closeout; support field operations.
• Maintain detailed job costs and schedule projects and crews.
