GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to serve as a Project Manager with 12+ years of water/wastewater experience to join our Jacksonville, FL office.

The ideal candidate will oversee multi-discipline teams from planning through construction, manage scope, schedule and budget, and cultivate client relationships in the municipal water/wastewater sector. This role offers growth into leadership as the Florida Water Division expands, with opportunities in design, permitting,

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater market including master planning, hydraulic modeling, technical reports, design, permitting, services during construction.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager leading multi-disciplinary teams with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, and leadership skills in a dynamic team.
• Urgency and initiative to meet deadlines and develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, 3D BIM Revit, ArcGIS, InfoWater/SewerGEMS.

Mansioni

• Independently lead multi-discipline teams on water and wastewater planning, design, and construction projects.
• Manage projects from inception through construction, including scope, schedule, budget, safety, QA/QC, profitability, and staff workload.
• Provide technical execution and oversight of design, permitting, bidding, and contract document production.
• Lead hydraulic modeling, master planning, cost estimating, equipment selection, and CIP development.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
