Job summary

Garver is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Engineer to join our Texas Water team in El Paso. The role involves managing municipal water and wastewater treatment facility projects, preparing design reports, studies, and specifications, and collaborating with municipal clients to exceed service expectations.

The position requires coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and performing QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 4+ years of technical experience in design and construction of municipal water and wastewater facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage water and wastewater projects, including master planning, pump stations, and storage facilities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies; ensure QA/QC.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client reporting; lead workshops and client meetings.
• Travel as needed for projects, conferences, and development efforts.
