Garver is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Engineer to join our established Texas Water team working on municipal water and wastewater treatment facility projects. The position is located in El Paso, TX and involves managing significant treatment facility projects in Texas and surrounding states. Responsibilities include preparing design reports, studies, technical memoranda, detailed plans, and specifications, as well as working closely with municipal clients to exceed their expectations of services.

In addition to design, this role includes coordination with other support disciplines, coordination with regulatory agencies, and quality assurance and quality control. Periodic travel will be required on an as-needed basis for projects, conferences, marketing, and other duties.
The Project Manager will also assist the Regional Team Leader in managing and mentoring internal staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring the delivery of quality products that adhere to Garver standardization. This includes setting up and attending client meetings related to projects or business development and attending industry conferences on behalf of Garver's Water Business Line.
