Job summary

Tailored Talent is seeking a Project/Process Engineer with water and wastewater experience for our Wilmington, NC team. Open to a range of experience levels, you will contribute to innovative water infrastructure solutions for municipal projects.

Responsibilities include technical design, evaluations, reports, drawings, permit submittals, and teamwork across several concurrent projects. A Civil Engineering background with NC PE eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• North Carolina PE registration or reciprocity ability.
• 3–10 years of water and wastewater design experience.
• Ability to work as part of a project team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design services for water infrastructure projects.
• Conduct preliminary and final engineering evaluations and prepare reports and design drawings.
• Prepare technical specifications and permit submittals for municipal projects.
• Collaborate with a project team and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
