Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification required.
• 4–10 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater/public works.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specs, reports and cost estimates for water/wastewater facilities.
• Perform engineering design, hydraulics, pumping, and treatment process projects.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Research resources and lead project teams to complete multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Gather data for analyses and prepare design calculations and construction cost estimates.
• Maintain project files and document control; support PMs as needed.
