Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birmingham, Alabama to lead water and wastewater projects for municipal and institutional clients. The role includes staffing, guiding technical teams, budgeting, and coordinating with design consultants and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, 15+ years in municipal water/wastewater, and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering from ABET-accredited college.
• Minimum 15 years progressive municipal water/wastewater engineering experience.
• PE license preferred; advanced understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, staff, and manage all aspects of client projects.
• Supervise all project team members and provide guidance on responsibilities, budget, and schedule.
• Manage QA/QC processes and oversee multiple design consultants.
• Plan, schedule, track milestones, budgets, tasks, and activities.
• Perform business development activities and coordinate with regional leaders.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
