PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Project Engineer - Water and Waterwaster to deliver essential water infrastructure. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors and resources, and help drive safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role offers growth through hands-on project exposure, collaboration with project teams, and opportunities to contribute to resilient community infrastructure in South Florida.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of construction equipment, drawings, HSE, quality and standards.
• Basic engineering/problem solving principles for construction challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors and project resources to deliver water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across all construction phases.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents and clients to drive schedules and control costs.
• Maintain project documentation, change management, and submittal processes.
