Job summary

SEH is seeking a Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater to join our Virginia Water/Wastewater team. You will help plan, design, permit, and support construction for municipal water and wastewater facilities.

Working with experienced engineers, you’ll develop practical solutions, prepare technical deliverables, and advance toward PE licensure while benefiting from a growth-focused, employee-owned culture and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited program in Civil/Environmental Engineering is required.
• Progress toward PE licensure with an EIT certification.
• Experience supporting planning, design, or construction of water/wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop practical engineering solutions and prepare technical deliverables.
• Participate in field investigations and provide construction-support services.
• Progress toward PE licensure through on-the-job experience and mentoring.
