SEH is seeking a Water Engineer / Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater team in Florida. You will manage multi-discipline water infrastructure projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with engineers, designers and other professionals to deliver creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering or a related field.
• P.E. license in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
• Experience in designing/construction of water treatment projects for municipal/state/federal/industrial clients.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage projects.
• Develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions.
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion.
• Manage and mentor junior level staff.
