Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in client management or project management.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to acquire registration.
• Ability to present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend utility district meetings, sometimes outside of business hours.
• Prepare and monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage projects to ensure delivery within scope and budget.
