Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in client or project management or design.
• Experience with municipal utility districts or local municipalities.
• Familiar with TCEQ, City of Houston, and County regulations.
• Solid understanding of water and wastewater systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team within the Water/Wastewater Department.
• Oversee small to large complex projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Develop client relationships and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare proposals and statements of qualifications with business dev/marketing.
• Represent the company in client and agency meetings and reviews.
