Baxter & Woodman seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineering Client Manager in our Houston or Katy, Texas office. You will oversee a team, manage projects of varying complexity, and cultivate strong client relationships while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and proactive communication with clients and agencies, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Texas Professional Engineer registration or reciprocity with Texas.
• Experience in water/wastewater utilities and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate water and wastewater projects for clients in Houston/Katy.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Interface with clients, agencies, and internal teams to meet expectations.
• Mentor staff, prepare proposals, and coordinate with business development.
• Travel within the assigned service areas as needed.
