GFT is seeking a Program Manager - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure to lead complex capital programs ranging from $50M to $2B+. The role requires 15+ years of experience in the field and a PE license. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholder relations, and guide programs from planning through delivery. This position is hybrid, combining in-person and remote work, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range of $180,000 - $280,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and program or project management.
• 5 years in program or project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex infrastructure programs.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services for capital programs ranging from $50M to $2B+.
• Coordinate with design-builders and contractors.
• Establish and oversee program controls including cost, schedule, and risk management.
