Job summary

GFT is seeking a Program Manager - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure to join our Water Team. This role involves leading complex water and wastewater programs from planning to execution. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of treatment facilities. The position allows for a hybrid work model, with a salary range of $180,000 - $280,000 based on experience. Comprehensive benefits are included, fostering a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and program or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex infrastructure programs.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services for water and wastewater capital programs.
• Serve as Owner's Advisor, supporting procurement, design, and construction.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and reporting systems.
