Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Project/Client Manager to lead and grow our Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads presence while supporting our national infrastructure business unit. You will guide the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in water/wastewater or related infrastructure projects as engineer or PM.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in VA required or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex municipal programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate activities of technical staff and consultants; run progress meetings and manage schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource needs.
• Develop and supervise client relationships and business development across Mid-Atlantic region.
• Mentor entry-level staff and coordinate with leadership to secure new work and proposals.
