Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 5–10 years in evaluating and designing process piping and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, fluid mechanics, and treatment processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit or 3D modeling is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Able to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and analysis of water and wastewater facilities and process mechanical systems.
• Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for pumping stations and treatment facilities.
• Perform hydraulic analyses, equipment selection, and system sizing.
• Support project development including permitting and regulatory coordination.
• Provide construction administration, shop drawing reviews, field observations, and contractor coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
