Amiad USA is seeking a Process Engineer to design, plan, and implement water and wastewater treatment projects. You will work with Project Managers and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operation of treatment facilities.

The role requires strong engineering principles, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines. You will contribute to design documentation and ongoing project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering with 2–3 years of water/wastewater experience.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop quotes, proposals, cost estimations and technical specifications.
• Be the main technical/process leader to support the Project Manager during Project execution.
• Design and develop water/wastewater treatment and chemical dosing systems, including equipment sizing and hydraulic modelling.
• Develop process schematics, PFDs, and P&IDs to ensure proper functionality and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders for environmental regulation compliance.
• Research and stay updated on emerging trends in water and wastewater engineering.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Analyse different water/wastewater chemistries to propose the best treatment solution.
• Design processes for SBRs, UF, RO, NF, and MBRs.
• Write design briefs, control narratives and O&M manuals.
• Develop and perform quality control and commissioning checklists and procedures
