Job summary

H2O Innovation Inc. in Thompsonville, NY is seeking an entry-level Water & Wastewater Treatment Operator in Training. You will conduct routine tests, collect samples, enter data, and perform basic maintenance under supervision.

This full-time night shift runs 7pm–7am, Wednesday through Friday and alternating Saturdays, with on-call duties. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 18+; valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Technical or mechanical experience; computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water and wastewater tests, lab observations, and collect regulatory samples.
• Enter test results into logbooks and data systems with accuracy; report abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility; manage supplies and on-call readiness.
