Broadbent & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water and/or Wastewater Operator with ADEQ Grade II certification to operate and maintain small rural facilities in Arizona. The position is based in Tempe, with remote work possible depending on experience.

Responsibilities include sampling, maintenance of treatment systems, and field operations. There is potential travel within the western US. The role emphasizes safety and the opportunity to train other operators.

Qualifications

• ADEQ Grade II Water/Wastewater Operator certification required.
• Minimum relevant experience in operating water/wastewater systems desirable.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water and/or wastewater treatment systems.
• Conduct wastewater sample collection and monitoring as required.
• Work independently in field conditions under supervision of the Division Manager.
• Assist in training other operators as needed.
