Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking Water and Wastewater Treatment Operators / Field Technicians to provide nationwide operations, maintenance, and repair services at NPS-managed facilities.

This role is contingent upon award of the project. Responsibilities include operating potable water and wastewater systems, performing preventive maintenance, conducting regulatory sampling, and maintaining logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued Water Treatment, Distribution, or Wastewater Operator License (Class I or higher).
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in water or wastewater system operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate potable water and wastewater treatment systems to ensure safe, continuous, and compliant utility services.
• Perform maintenance on treatment plants, distribution and collection systems, pumps and lift stations.
• Conduct regulatory sampling, testing, analysis, and reporting per permits and regulations.
• Maintain operator logs, maintenance records, and monthly reports.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to restore system performance.
• Operate and maintain SCADA, control, monitoring, and instrumentation systems.
