Project Solutions Inc. is seeking qualified Water and Wastewater Treatment Operators / Field Technicians to provide nationwide operations, maintenance, and repair services at NPS-managed facilities.

Responsibilities include monitoring treatment systems, performing maintenance, regulatory sampling, and maintaining accurate records, with an emphasis on safety and compliance. The role requires valid operator licenses and hands-on field experience; travel to remote field locations is expected as

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued Water Treatment, Distribution, or Wastewater Operator License (Class I or higher).
• 2–3+ years hands-on experience in water or wastewater system operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate potable water and wastewater treatment systems to ensure safe, compliant service.
• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plants, distribution networks, pumps, valves, and lift stations.
• Conduct regulatory sampling, testing, and reporting per permit conditions.
