ARRO Water Services in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Water/Wastewater Operator to support operations at medium-sized facilities. You will assist in day-to-day plant activities and work under the supervision of senior operators and engineers.

Responsibilities include attending client meetings, coordinating plant activities, and helping meet project timelines and budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations management or engineering field.
• Water/wastewater license in the state of operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in operations of medium-sized facilities and supports the work of senior operators and engineers.
• Reports to the Operations Manager.
• Attends client meetings with senior level operators or project manager as required.
• Assist in coordination of construction/operation's-related activities at treatment plants to minimize delays.
• Serve in a support role to senior operators and engineers.
• Bring assigned project tasks in on schedule and within budget.
