Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of operations management or engineering experience.
• Water/wastewater license in state of operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of medium-sized facilities and support senior operators and engineers.
• Report to the Operations Manager and attend client meetings when required.
• Coordinate construction/operation-related activities at treatment plants to minimize delays.
• Participate in field services such as inspections or measurements as needed.
• Maintain client relations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Attend seminars and courses to expand knowledge in operations and engineering.
