H2M architects + engineers is seeking a Water and Wastewater Market Lead to drive growth and strategic development of the water and wastewater practice. You will lead business development, strengthen client relationships, and expand service offerings while guiding project teams to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

The role involves collaboration across disciplines, industry engagement, and thought leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering consulting.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to reciprocity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing strategies to grow the Water and Wastewater Market.
• Partner with leadership to implement annual business plan initiatives.
• Establish project fees, revenue projections, and profit margins.
• Collaborate with staff and marketing on proposals and market strategy.
• Serve as a client representative and maintain long-term relationships.
• Lead delivery of water and wastewater projects with staffing and timelines.
• Support marketing with materials relevant to the market.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures across projects.
• Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and thought leadership.
