Job summary

ISG is hiring a Water/Wastewater intern to join our St. Louis Park, MN team for the summer. You will work across disciplines with mentorship from experienced engineers and gain hands-on design experience in a collaborative environment.

Applicants must be enrolled in a 2- or 4-year engineering program, with exposure to AutoCAD and a readiness to contribute to multiple projects while developing professional skills and a path toward ESOP eligibility and visa sponsorship.

ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in your specific engineering discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Engineering program.
• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as AutoCAD.
• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members.
• Work on several projects at one time.
• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Professional Development Program

Throughout the summer, interns will take part in our professional development program designed to enhance their skills and home in on their strengths. This program includes:

• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship.
