Job summary

ISG in Sioux Falls, SD invites engineering students to join our Water/Wastewater internship for the summer. Youll gain hands-on experience across disciplines with our 800+ employee-owners, mentored by seasoned professionals.

The program includes professional development, bi-weekly workshops, mentorship, and career coaching; housing stipends and ESOP eligibility are available, plus visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Engineering program.
• Become familiar with AutoCAD and related software.
• Accountable to team; complete assigned tasks.

ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in your specific engineering discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Engineering program.
• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as AutoCAD.
• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members.
• Work on several projects at one time.
• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.
