Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in water/wastewater facilities, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams; a CA driver’s license is required. The position is on-site with safety-focused operations and regular calibration duties.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in operation and maintenance of water/wastewater facilities or similar industrial environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Ability to lead and prioritize shift activities in response to operational needs.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant instrumentation and controls.
• Interface with customers regarding I&C designs and documents.
• Maintain plant instrumentation, controls, and electrical equipment in optimal condition.
• Develop and implement calibration programs for plant instrumentation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and analyze equipment data.
• Review spare parts inventory and monitor usage for reorders.
• Maintain calibration records per regulatory standards.
• Service and repair equipment following vendor guidelines.
