Job summary

Garver is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Water Design Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role involves leading teams on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, producing design deliverables, and collaborating closely with clients to exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited engineering degree and has at least 6 years of relevant experience, including project management and team leadership in the water industry.

A commitment to client service and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 or more years of similar technical experience.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any state and able/willing to obtain NCEES record for multiple state licenses.
• Previous responsible charge of designs for water and wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage projects related to water distribution and wastewater collection.
• Lead internal and external project workshops.
• Prepare and execute Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.

Skills

Technical competence with water or wastewater engineering

Project management and budgeting skills

Strong communication skills

Proficient with MS Office applications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
