Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Water/Wastewater Program Manager to lead growth and geotechnical project delivery across the Northeast Texas Region, including treatment plants, lift stations, conveyance systems, reservoirs, tanks, and pipelines.

The role blends growth leadership with hands-on program management, collaborating with regional leadership, office leaders, service line leaders, and project managers to win priority pursuits and elevate the client experience on every project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or closely related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in Water/Wastewater, infrastructure, or geotechnical consulting.
• Strong understanding of Water/Wastewater markets, clients, funding, and delivery models.
• Travel within the region and across the Texas Division as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow Terracon Water/Wastewater presence in Northeast Texas and oversee geotechnical delivery.
• Lead growth, capture strategy, project management oversight, and client account stewardship.
• Develop relationships with municipalities, utilities, authorities, and teaming partners.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align capabilities with market opportunities.
• Ensure program-level quality and smooth pursuit-to-delivery handoffs.
