Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead water and wastewater construction efforts in Utah. You will direct field teams, mentor superintendents and foremen, and partner with PMs to improve constructability and schedule performance.

This ground-floor opportunity offers ownership, a base salary of $150k–$175k plus bonus, excellent medical/dental/vision benefits, a company vehicle, and relocation assistance, with a culture centered on safety and long-term careers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Ground-floor opportunity to shape field culture and build strong teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
