Job summary

Peak Water Services in Montana is seeking a Service Technician to assist customers by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing water and wastewater systems, including pumps, valves, motors, lift stations, wells, and other components.

You will travel to customer sites, work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime and 10–15% travel; on-call may be required. A high school diploma and basic software skills are expected, with safety standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with standard office software (MS Office, Google Docs, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Experience with field service or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing water and wastewater systems (pumps, valves, motors, lift stations, wells).
• Troubleshoots issues, evaluates customer needs, and plans appropriate service actions.
• Travel to customer locations; 10–15% travel; ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Document service actions and keep records using MOXO, Service Pro, and Microsoft Office.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and service quality meets company standards.
