B in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Estimator to develop accurate estimates for treatment facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure. You will collaborate with operations from bid through project handoff to ensure alignment of scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, pricing for self-performed labor/materials/equipment, subcontractor evaluation, and risk/VE opportunity identification.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience estimating water and wastewater construction projects.
• Experience with self-performed structural concrete and heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and productivity.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong quantity takeoff, cost analysis, and scope review skills.
• Experience with estimating software tools (HCSS, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop estimates for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing for self-performed labor, materials, and equipment.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and ensure scope coverage.
