Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).
• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with leadership experience.
• Professional Engineering License; Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Business development: Lead marketing efforts, strategy development, proposal and budgeting for opportunities, client presentations, contracting.
• Project management: Manage external client interactions, staffing, and overall project performance; leverage resources to advance market footprint.
• Project execution: Oversee engineering managers, develop performance goals, ensure implementation and client coordination.
• Staff management: Team development, mentoring, coaching, and identifying candidates to expand the team.
