Job summary

WaterFleet seeks a Project Manager to lead manufacturing initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a 4-year degree, Texas PE, and 5+ years in engineering project leadership. Expect day shifts at Corporate Office with up to 25% travel; pay bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering field as specified; PE preferred in Texas.
• 5+ years of engineering project design, development or management experience.
• Experience with mobile/decentralized water/wastewater systems, PLC controls, or industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute manufacturing projects (NPI, equipment installs, process improvements, facility upgrades).
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and suppliers.
