Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

We are seeking Project Manager to join a team dedicated to impactful work in the water and wastewater industry. You’ll be part of a collaborative, dynamic group passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage engineering projects of medium to large size and moderate complexity for multiple Phoenix-area clients.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Direct and mentor internal project teams and junior staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, including problem definition, innovative solutions, and project standards development.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage sub-consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Stay active in professional associations through leadership roles or presenting technical papers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or obtainable in the next 6 months of hire.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and technical quality on projects of varying sizes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
