Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern to join our team in Greenville, SC for summer 2027. You will support a range of water and wastewater projects for municipalities and public agencies, gaining exposure to real-world engineering tasks and developing technical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented and able to work with a professional team and independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and networks.
• Prepare drawings, reports, memoranda, and specifications.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, calculations, and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in field investigations, data collection, and site inspections.
• Obtain budgetary quotes and assist in estimating construction costs.
• Support permitting, regulatory documentation, and project scheduling.
• Review drawings for accuracy and standards adherence.
• Utilize engineering software and MS Office to support tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the team and goals.
