Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Intern to join our Greenville, SC team for the summer 2027. You will support design and analysis of water resources projects and gain exposure to field data collection, modeling, and client interactions.

The position emphasizes hands-on learning, collaborative work with engineers, and development of technical skills using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other engineering tools. Ideal for a motivated Civil/Environmental Engineering student.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and quantity take-offs.
• Support field data collection and site inspections.
• Gather quotes and help develop construction estimates.
• Support permitting and regulatory documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy and standards.
• Utilize engineering software and MS Office tools.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
