Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking an EIT/PE to join our Water-Wastewater Team in Austin, TX, working with a dynamic group on a broad range of water and wastewater projects.

You will engage in planning, design, and construction-phase services for utilities, collaborating with engineers and professionals in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. Qualifications

• Four-year accredited B.S. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Two+ years of relevant progressive experience related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong verbal and technical writing skills; read/interpret technical literature and plans.

Responsibilities

• Learn, evaluate, and apply engineering principles, standards, and criteria on project tasks.
• Assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager with defined assignments.
• Conduct field visits and attend client meetings as needed for various projects.
• Assist in producing and developing deliverables for clients and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with project team members including CAD designers and other engineers.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with complex technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and coordination with sub-discipline staff (civil/structural/mechanical/electrical/I&C) for water facilities projects.
