Job summary

Andersen James Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Water/Wastewater EIT with a few years of experience to join our growing water practice. The role offers exposure to municipal infrastructure and a pathway toward project management as experience develops.

You will assist with planning and design of water and wastewater projects, support treatment facilities, and collaborate with an experienced team on pump stations and piping systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
• EIT certification preferred/required.
• A few years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Exposure to treatment facilities, pump stations, hydraulic modeling, or water/wastewater infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Support the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Work on pump stations, collection systems, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
• Perform and support hydraulic and process modeling.
• Prepare engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support projects across both public and private-sector clients.
• Progress toward taking on project management responsibilities as experience develops.
